Campag 11 speed indexing problem

Just got a new 11 speed setup and I seem to be having a problem with my indexing. The problem seems fine on gear 5 and when I set the indexing from 5 to 11 its fine but then 4 to 1 are out ( seems to be indexing to close going up the block) I adjust this out and then the smaller ratios are then out. Any ideas if I've made my self clear!!

Did you fit the gear system yourself, or did it come on a new bike?

It sounds very much as if the cable has been attached to the rear mech on the wrong side of the clamp bolt. On 9 and 10 speed systems it should be wheel side, presumably the same on 11.

Thanks Smoking Joe, Just check the mech and the cable is fitted as you advivised ( wheel side) The system came with the bike ( Ribble Cycles), could the hanger be out?

Worth checking frame hanger alignment in case it's take a knock in transit. Cable installation is quite critical i.e. length of runs, ends clean and square, liner not pinched etc.
