I don't have a full parts list for it, but about 90% of the bike has been replaced and updated.

Thanks guys, I wish I could ride it after completely destroying my calf muscle this last weekend in a nasty crash.0

I am freaking jealous... Mine is also from 2000, but the frame does not look as good as yours... mine has suffered several crashes, not too bad, but that left some scratches.

Interestingly I went also for the Magura ODUR, but since I moved close to the Alps I got the 100mm.

I also changed the brake to Avid Single digit 7: extra power + RW2 Pads can deal with long decent.
I swap the old bontrager wheel for MAVIC Xride, not the best but sturdy enough to cope with jumps.
I added a Rollamajig that really improved shifting. And also the cable routing is changed so there's no longer this big cable loop in the back that tend to get stuck to whatever is on the trail.

My rear shock was starting to get leaky, I though about replacing the O-ring but stumble over a good deal on a RockShock Monarch 4.2 (half the price). I am pretty happy with it.
I added Deity Components Enoki Lock-On Grips, which make the handling more confortable, and the new handlebar (DA BOMB tribal bar), the look is not that great but it give a better control than the bontrager bar the bike came with.
Last addition (not on the picture as I did not post the latest one, will do soon): I changed entirely the cable (brakes & gear) with silver breaded housing, and that looks cool, at least for me...
I have a couple of question for you. Would you happen to know where to find all the replacement bushing? Have you changed your headset? if so, which one did you go for?[/img]0 -
