Ridgeway after rain

was going to do the ridgeway from Goring to Avebury tomorrow but I am sure I have read that when it is wet the chalk can be very slippery. Its been pretty dry until today - will this short burst of heavy rain have a big affect, or will it still be OK?

If its going to be a problem I can find a different route easily but was hoping to check it out and assess suitability for a family ride in a few weeks.
