Route request: Maidenhead to Waltham Abbey

Not exactly Audax related, but I suspect the visitors to this forum have a pretty good idea of efficient routes around London.

So, can someone recommend a cycling route from Maidenhead to Waltham Abbey that doesn't involve the M25 :twisted:
