Bikefax - anyone else having problems?

Ordered Bikefax N wales (snowdonia)a long time ago.
They sent the wrong guide (7 staines+ scotland) after a long time that was internally addressed elsewhere. They don't answer phonecalls or emails
They seem a rubbish company - any ideas how to get in touch, or any better ideas for local guides to snowdonia? Not sure I'll be using any of their products again
