hi there would you recommend lickey hills for a decent bike ride ?

also, what are the conditions like

i have a raleigh chinook double disc brake (i was on a budget when i bought the bike) and i have now updated the forks to Suntour XCR LO (also on a budget when i bought these) and id like to know if my bike would last at lickey hills and whats the worst that could happen, thanks

Lickey hills as in brum ?? .. or is there another lickeys ??
Lickeys is ok for a couple of hours, depends on how you are at climbing ??
conditions are pretty good up there at the moment , was up there 2 weeks ago
Not sure about your bike , but should be ok up there , its not that extreme , just dont take on stuff that you know may be too much for rider and bike
as i know some of the downhill bits are fookin steep and i wouldnt ride them ..
just go and explore and try and make a route up

your bike will be fine buddy,i hammered a 120 quid halfords bike round there for months, since upgraded slightly and as for the ride there are some good trails up there but you have to look for them as the other lad said its good for a couple of hours and a play!
