Went out with my local bike club last night for the first time, done 23 miles at 17mph.which is really good for me.
I really enjoy riding in a pack, got to the last couple of miles and the pace was getting faster, thought I would try to go and break away from them to the finish line...

It didn’t work they all flew past me I was a broken man...lol

I'm having trouble with my seat, its really hurting after 20 miles.
have done over 100miles on the bike now.and it doesnt seem to be getting any better.
i'll alway wear a BIB with good padding, but i'm getting some rubbing and it hurts like hell now..

any idea?

    Different saddle, different ar$e? :?

Is saddle height, tilt and fore/aft adjusted ok? Otherwise its just a question of joining the rest of us and hunting for the holy grail of a comfy saddle! I'm 95% happy with Specialized Avatar, but it gets a bit soe after 3-4 hours so tried San Marco Rolls which is sometimes good and other definitely not good so back to Spesh.
    Good luck
If you haven't got a headwind you're not trying hard enough

But you've forgotten the first rule of Bike Club.

You don't talk about Bike Club!
