So currently fitting my new hope hoops
Amazing, stronger, lighter than crossrides and that engagement noise is immense.

but...

no supplied quick releases/axels on a £260 wheelset. come on. tight buggers. would be a nice shiney finishing touch too.

i have some on my gt, the whole bike only cost 200 quid so i thought it would be an ideal mule until i bought a proper frame.

I got a set of xt skewers with my mates shiney new xc717/xt wheelset from Merlin. He preferred his Super Star ones, so they'll do for the missus' bike build.

i had some xt/xc717 builds from merlin, good wheels still going stong on my mates bike.
just fancied a change and these got top reviews all round.
