Brake advice needed

I want to swap the Hope minis (old ones, black with gols caps) on to my 09 Trek EX. Now the forks on the Trek are post mount and the caliper is IS. After looking on the Hope site it says that the post to IS bracket require a 20mm larger disc, so my quastion is what size disc do i need?
