Dangerous Obsession

My regular training route takes me through a small little village with only probably max 20-30 houses in it, its a very quiet village.
However, on one of the hill climbs, sits around 5 detached bungalows on the right hand side, all have large gardens, and one even has a largish field as his garden and guess what he has sitting in it? Only a helicopter!
And when i say helicopter, i mean a PROPER full size helicopter, not some little micky mouse bubblecopter like you see sometimes, this one is a proper fully grown helicopter the same size as an air ambulance!
Now, i'm not jealous, good luck to him, however the last two times i've been riding past his house, the helicopter has been gone from his garden, and then a few minutes later i hear this allmighty racket of a noise, but can't see him anywhere, but then on Saturday morning i rode by his house and i hear the almighty racket of a noise and look to my left accross this field (whilst i'm in the middle of climbing an 11% hill), to see him flying back towards his house accross this field, really low and then he starts playing around in the sky slightly off to my left hand side, don't know if he is a cyclist and wanted to watch my hill climb or what, however lets just say i was pooping it thinking that i've got some millionnaire nutter playing in the sky above me in his helicopter, if something went wrong and that thing came down, i would be a gonner!

We have a Chopper pad just opposite us in a posh hotel.
Demi Moores crew used it when filming "Half-light" in Anglesey/Llynn Peninsular.
Also get used by "Corporate" types and air survey bods.
Caernarfon Airport 2 miles away, so chopper coming/going all day, plus light aircraft too.
Just keep your head REEEEAAAALLLL LOOOOOWWWW...0 -

I know the exact house you are talking about, got a friend who loves in the estate opposite the golf club. He's also got some very nice cars parked around the house too.
That's a good climb too, up to the A227 at Vigo, but the run from the Vigo Inn to Meopham Green is such a nice stretch, 3 miles of 25mph+ - fantastic.Limited Edition Boardman Team Carbon No. 448

Yeah looked in there this morning on the way past, he had an Audi Cabriolet sporty looking motor at the front, and an Audi 4 x 4 behind that, and something else quite nice behind that to!
The helicopter wan't there though, and this was at 6 this morning, hope he didn't take off early this morning - the noise
Yeah that Vigo Hill is good for Hill Reps, and the descent is fantastic now they've re-surfaced the road recently, just a shame they have speed ramps at the bottom as you approach the village, because the descent/speed and the smoothness of that road makes for a fantastic descent!
Whereabouts do you live?My Road Bike:-

I'm in Hoo Soni. Have only cycled up that hill a couple of times, but do a route that takes me out to Dartford and then back via the hills out the back of Brands Hatch to Vigo and Meopham.
