Hi, got my new bike yesterday and it came with these strange looking objects in a plastic bag. Could someone identify them for me please as my guesses are getting way out there.

Ah, thank you. I must've imagined them on every part of the bike except for the pedals, I was getting quite creative at one point.0

+1 for binning them, but keep the straps. they're ok for tying stuff on to your bike rack (depending on what type)0
