Appetite.

As some of you may know I am currently giving up smoking.
I wasn't a heavy smoker, and I'm using patches which is going really well, it's been over 6 weeks since my last smoke and I'm past the point where I want/need a cigarette.
Sadly I've substituted smoking with food and I'm eating like a freaking horse.
Any tips on how to curb my appetite before I swap the HT for a tricycle ?

chewing gum is actually supposed to make you feel hungry... the action of mastication and production of saliva prompts the stomach to prepare for digestion!0 -
I would alter your post Ben, but it's too easy.0

It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Chewing gum is like dry humping, lots of effort for very little reward.0 -

yeeessss mastication sound like masturbation
True story. A kid in our English class at around form 4 or so, was chewing gum, and was leaning on the table with his hands (hopefully) on his lap under the table.
The teaches saw him chewing and shouted at him to "Please stop masticating in my class, you filthy child"
He went red faced, and hurriedly placed both hands on the table flat in front of him, still chewing0 -

easy that one. longer regular rides combining interval training and burn off what you are shoving down your pie hole. you'll quickly self regulate to a normal eating pattern again - make sure you've been GP'd and certified sound for extra exercise duty.
may the force be with you.0
