RS Lyrik 2-step Mission Control Problem

Can't get any response out of the Mission Control on my Lyriks - no lockout (or floodgate) or low speed compression, and i think the high speed is dead also. Done quite a bit of reading and there are obviously loads of issues with Lyriks but most invlove oil leakage from the controls, however i have none.

I thinking this is a warranty issue but was just wondering if there is some sort of simple fix for this?

Also, if it is a warranty issue, do i contact the company i bought the bike from or SRAM directly?

place you bought them from and dont touch them or you may invalidate the warranty
