This is the crudcather, chances are you've either got aids or worms. Or worse, worm-aids.0

24hr walk in centre if you're genuinely worried.
Hard to diagnose over the internet... Even harder because I'm not a doctor.
If you were buying canned goods from popular food companies I might be more use.0 -

Go to the doctor if you want a medical diagnosis.
Otherwise, Aids or Worms, take your pick.0 -

i would go to the doctors but i have no way of getting there from my house, and im a few miles away from the hospital which is the doctors0

If your in that much pain get a taxi there, otherwise wait until you can cadge a lift of someone.0

To be honest you'd be at the bottom of the triage list and to be seen by doctors so if it's busy you'll be waiting a very long time. But sounds like you do need your urine dipsticking to look for signs of infection and they could give you anti-biotics there and then.0

seriously, my wife is a nurse and she guarantees that it is the first sign of aids

Could be a hernia have you got a lump in the groin areaFig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0

is it around your back/bladder area, like a really bad stitch that doesnt go away if you double up? My guess is maybe a kidney stone
but really, do as Kitty says, go and get professional help and dont rely on us losers, because at the mo, by Crudcather diagnosis you've got everything from a broken b0110ck to a dose of th Mark Fowlers0 -
i can not stress enough how important it is that you get someone to give you a lift to the hosptal if that is your nearest clinic.
i really think you have contracted aids.0
