Canti brakes not very good

just checking the bikes on wiggles cyclocross range, the cheaper one has v but the more higher up model (and the expert which is no longer available) both have canti. I remember focus had a disc version last year. My tourer has calipers which are very poor in the wet (for a couple of seconds whilst the brakes dry out the rim) so looking for something with more control in the wet.

Would it be possible to upgrade my bike to disc brakes? new fork obviously, and new set of wheels. Campag Veloce groupset
