Another frame size advice thread please!

I'm looking at buying a Focus bike which is only available online, so can't try out for size.
Could anyone give me advice on what size would suit me?
My details:
Height: 177.50 cm
Sternum Notch: 146.00 cm
Inseam Length: 86.50 cm
Arm Length: 63.50 cm
Shoulder Width: 38.00 cm
Am swithering between the medium and large frame which have stats as follows:
M/54 seat tube 540mm top tube 543mm head tube 135mm
L/56 seat tube 560mm top tube 555mm head tube 150mm
