Brake Caliper mount

I have a stock Carrera Kraken and am going through the process of upgrading the brakes and getting bigger rotors. I need a post mount to post mount adaptor to fit a 185mm rotor but for all the adaptors i see it says 'Manitou' forks, i have suntour forks with a post mount is there a difference, also does anyone know where i can get white adaptors?
I thought a thought that I thought I had thought but the thought that I had thought wasn't the thought that I had thought I had thought so maybe if I had thought the thought that I thought I thought I wouldn't of thought so much!

Manitou was one of the first brands which mass produced POST moount forks - hence it becoming commonly known as MANITOU mounts. POST to POST is the simplest adapter as they are simply large spacers0
