bike vids

i went out and shot a bike vid today and ive realised that i look alot slower on film :( anyone know why this is?

    Yeah same for me and I hate it, have no idea why it looks slower though :lol:

    first person perspective? seems the celebs feel the same on topgear :p
  • probably because you are slow... in comparison to videos that look like the rider is going faster?
  • It always looks slower on video. Why, I've no idea. It's the same with skating. You'll often see skaters step up the pace a notch - or 3 - when filming. Super fast stuff. And it still looks tame when watched back.

    As a general rule. If it looks fast on video. Chances are they're f******* rocketing.

    i agree with you butcher :) if anyone sees a guy hurling out of control on the trails from now on. chances are its gonna be me :)
