Which was harder 2009 TDF or 2010? Actual numbers!
This is very cool. Usually, everyone estimates power numbers, etc in gauging this stuff. But for Chris Anker-Sorenson, we have actual numbers!

Training Stress Score is a measure of how hard a particular workout was - 100 TSS points is equivalent to an all-out effort for one hour.
