hey roadies! :D

now im not new to cycling and i MTB around 3 times a week, but i do fancy a road bike, no reaon really i just do lol

now i ride a 20inch mtb but i do see you guys do it in CM lol

not the same is it? as a 20inch would be 51cm.....

whats the conversion....?

    Probably a bit more to bike fit than that though ! - on an MTB - you are out of the saddle moving around etc - Road bikes you tend to be in the same position on the bike for longer - so fit is more important.
    Get to a decent shop and get properly fitted - most will do this for free if your buying a bike.

    If you ride a 20 inch MTB, you'd need something a lot larger than a 51cm roadie.

    ...road bike nominal 'sizes' varies between manufacturers/ geometry / fit. - ie. a '56cm' for one bike may be equivalent to a '58cm' on a different bike.
