If my Italian skillz are working, I think that's what they did today.

Alsooooo, CAS are returning their verdict on Rebellin today.

It's all happening with Eye-talian cyclists at the moment

I wonder if Liquigas will issue a declaration of outrage or will they just bow their heads and sign Cunego with the spare cash?

Who knows. But I did find it curious that when his dodgy passport was revealed, Liquigas stood by him. Usually teams just distance themselves and say they knew nothing. Same with CdE and Valverde.

I'm not sure which one sends a better message. If a team says "no no, can't be right" and stands by their man then you'd think they were trying to be proactive in monitoring what their charges were up to etc.

The interesting thing was seeing Ferrari rush out an attack on the bio passport. You'd almost think Franco was coached by the shady sports doc.

I've said it before but it's such a good gag it would be a shame not to dust it down again.

If you have a friendly national federation (hi Spain) the bio-passport may mean feck all. Be interesting to see what CAS say, should the UCI appeal.

Yes - in about 5 years. But eventually.
