I'm having a couple of days off to do some family type things with the wife and kids.
Hopefully, my tools will be arriving back today so I can give my BB a bit of a service too.
Forecast says it's going to be chucking down tomorrow, but I may still go for a ride.

I have actually had to don my uniform in order to head into work this morning. Apparently our postings are here and therefore I should find out where I'm living from November. Some of the rest of the day will be spent riding, some of it researching bike clubs and trails in that area.

    Morning

Work followed by decision - do I do the chain gang with cycling club later - legs are tight after running on Tues & 40 miles last night............ thinking feck it!

Though need fresh legs for Sat when we are doing a sponsored walk up snowdon, easy enough, but due to the fact we have got to get to a wedding in Sandbach by 3pm - its going to be a challenge.

Horrific situation that has led us to doing this, details below (plus pic of the current wife)

    Sorry, Couldn't resist

Today I commuted to work and discovered that I'd left my clean boxers on the table at home! So today I'm going commando 8) It's an interesting level of freedom I've not encountered before. I suggest everyone try it at some point.

Anywho, today I'm going to get on with work due to my workmate being off. I tend to get more done when he's not in :?

Morning. After going to the doctor on Tuesday, it seems that my eczema's finally being brought under control by the new medicines. Fingers crossed, I may be able to actually get out on a bike at the weekend, which would be awesome.

No plans for today though. I may see if anyone wants to go to the pub later though.

whyamihere What medicines are you currently on and being put on? My eczema is a reet bugger at the moment. I'm changing washing detergent to see if that's been bothering me.

Eczema = nasty, glad it seems to be getting better though!

I used to get it on my face sometimes :( Brought on my certain make-up or if I am stressed. Not nice. Thankfully that is under control now, but I sometimes still get psoriasis on my legs if I get stressed out :( At the moment, I have none :D

Really don't know why I bother with sign-off documents . Clients just got a sample though:
Client - "why isn't this like this??"
Me - "Was it like that on the design I gave you and you signed off?"
Client - "well no, but It's what we want now"

Unfortunately the deal is worth too much for me to call them a clunge faced moron.

Apart from that my day is going well.

I've been given Cetraben as an emollient, and Betnovate as my topical steroid, changed from Aqueous and Hydrocortizone respectively. The Betnovate especially appears to be seriously good stuff.

I've been using Betnovate for a few years now (about 7 I think :? ) and it is good stuff, but I think my skin has become used to it. Still use it daily though. I use Hydrocortizone for my eyes (All around my eyes, it's a propper ar$e) as Betnovate is too strong for that area.

I like the sound of cetraben though, I might have to ask my doctor about that!

I had it on my hands a few years back and it just seemed to get worse. One day I was walking with my hands in the pockets of my jeans and it suddenly clicked. It was worse where my skin was in contact with the jeans. I switched to a detergent for sensitive skin and it cleared up on its own.

I've had similar experiences, I have it on my thigh, and it took me about 2 years to realise that it was where I keep my keys in the pocket! As a result, move keys, and it's gone. Well, almost, I keep putting my keys back in there

    I'll give you a hint........

    AT THE BREASTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

In fact is there anywhere you dont go where you don't see breasts?

I think every text I've ever had off you has started with I've just seen nipples, which is fine, just as long as it means I'm in with half a chance of seeing them too!!!!
