Upgrades Again

Had my Giant XTC 3.5 for some 18 mths now and only mod Ive done is put RaceFace Chainset on and SPD 520 pedals. Not looking at changing bike as "it does what it sez on the tin" However , I would like to make it lighter - what steps (components) would you recommend to reduce the weight apart from my 90Kgs

Wheels and tyres can make a big difference. If you still have the OEM tyres on then upgrading them would be a cheapish upgrade.

That and maybe upgrade the Toras to some Rebas from Merlin.
