NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the what lube question
To summarise the last hundred posts about which lube to use,
Oil, any oil, is good and the cheapest option.
Prolink Gold is popular but quite expensive.
Many other cycle specific lubes are also popular but again quite expensive.
WD40 has it's followers and is always good for a lengthy debate
Personally i would buy a litre of engine oil and it will last you foreverHe is not the messiah, he is a very naughty boy !!0 -

I use Hawaiian Tropic with carrot extract - tan, lube and night vision all in one.

Used sparingly and correctly, a bottle of lube will last a long time, so you may as well go for the best. If you're a chuck-it-all-over-the-place type of person, stick to 3-in-1 but you'll be forever cleaning your bike. Extra virgin olive oil pressed in the thighs of italian maidens is pretty good - but don't put it on your chainMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

ive been using Morgan Blue synthetic lube from Wiggle for over a year now, about a fiver for a 400ml spray can so it lasts ages and does the job very well wet or dry.0

White lightening clean ride for me. Need to reapply often though, but you don't get oily marks everywhere.Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame
