RJ, think they are around 05, and there still going strong.
i in tend to upgrade them soon.
  • Ive got those forks too! although now retired after many years abuse! loved them! extended mine from105 - 120mm too, but the small plastic clip sectoin on the top of one of the legs broke meaning my rebound was all to pot! but still Such good forks!

Love the gear cables too!! have some silver braided ones on order for my bike to match the gear cables!!

Thanks dude, im going for the blue brake hoses next and il get a gold outer for the shock lockout cable :D

How do you extend the travel on these forks, is it the same as the old fox ones, remove the plastic stopper inside the fork leg?

I like it, colorful  New forks would finish it off (looks wise).
  • yeah mate, inside the fork leg is a 15mm spacer, i think its on the right leg?? cant quite remember now lol but when lowers are removed one of the internals hangs lower than the other, think its that one you need to do, either way, one of the legs has a 15mm black plastic spacer to come out!
clamp the inner ina vice with a cloth around to not damage the inner, and the end silver cap unscrews to allow you to reomve the bits!

just noticed your spoke nips, thought for a minute someone had copied my rainbow ones then realised they were gold and blue,
    loooks good!!
