Fancy some good summer training?

Essex Roads CC is holding its first off road sportive on 15th August. It’s a great new sportive and a first within Essex. It’s been built specifically for off-road riders. The route follows bridleways, byways and country lanes taking in some of the best parts of the Essex countryside and is almost 100 km long.

Build your endurance and be prepared to get wet and muddy as you cut through woodland, farmland and ford rivers along the way.

There are FREE food stations, good parking and electronic timing at the start and finish. The course will also be sign posted and there will be marshals at strategic points around the course.

    aaarrrrrrrrggghhhhh - it clashes with the MSG Braintree race and I think it is a little too much to do in one day...
