So, my colleague lives in Golders Green and is looking for an LBS nearer to home, having purchased a Boardman from Halfords (St Paul's). I've checked out the "my LBS is closing down" thread from the other week, and the shops mentioned are all a bit too far north. There appears to be a bit of a dearth of bike shops in the area according to Google Maps. Any recommendations in or near the Golders Green area? Alternatively, his commute runs up through Camden - anyone know if Chamberlaine's is any good?

I've bought some bits from Chamberlain's and chatted to the guys in there. Very friendly and knowledgeable (in other words, they knew more about whatever I asked about than I did, unlike Halfrauds). They've never worked on my bike, but I would trust them as they seem to know their stuff.

Not too far from Chamberlains there is Cyclesurgery in Camden.
