A little TdF sideshow for me this year has been watching the triple kissers creating chaos with the podium girls. Andy Schleck seems to have started it by insisting on three while the girls expected 2, and then once they got used to 3, he went back to the occasional 2 just to leave them stranded. Also playing this little game was Cavendish, who established a three-kiss precedent, but then on the Champs-Elysées left the poor girl hanging on 2 in front of the rest of the world...
And what is he doing with that trophy...?

I'd be quite happy to settle for 2. Or perhaps just one.

He's clearly having dirty thoughts.
Is there a video of this on the podium so we can see it?0 -
I screengrabbed it from the end of ITV4's live coverage but they didn't show that bit in the evening's highlights. Maybe they'll include it when they do tonight's 2-hour round up. I don't think the live streams on the ITV4 site are still available.
He does look more interested in playing chokey with the chicken than kissing the girl though, doesn't he? But that's just chance - I was more struck by the poor girl getting turned down in front of the Arc de Triomphe.0 -
