Just returned from Manchester Evans.

Wanted a cheap chain for the bike im selling to my friend.

Ended up with: the chain - cheapest SRAM 9sp
Short cage Shimano XT Mech
Sunline V-One bars as long as a scaffold pole



Plus: Assasins Creed 2
Tekken 6


Plus: A lunchtime beer = £4 when did Manchester become london!

    it was tiger tiger.

    picked at random/thought i might see some WAG types.
    the only thing i saw was my stunned reflection in the mirror behind the bar.
    I dont mind paying more than standard beer price in a nice bar as there is less likely to be chav scum (you listening wetherspoons!)
    But £4 is ridickarus

    and no eye candy to make up for it.


    reminds me of when i was in brighton. in a bar with a pal, gave him £20 note for 2 lagers and the cheapest cigar they had.

    i got no change.
