2011 Road Bike Prices

Looks like road bike prices are increasing big time this year if this article is anything to go by:-

I purchased a 2010 Trek 2.5 Ultegra around 4 months ago for £1330.00, it was up for £1400.00, at the time i'm sure they had the 2010 Genesis Equilibrium 10 with 105 up for around the 800 mark, I know this because i was considering it, however the 2011 will be selling for £999.99 and will only have Tiagra! :shock:

I wonder if those prices include the 2.5% VAT increase or if they will increase again come January?

If the nation is skint, and it is, than the Cycle to Work scheme should be cut as well.
