Feedback on the forum using a 5 star rating system.

I am a regular user of the forum selling parts to bikes.
When selling bikes people need confidence from the seller that they are a genuine seller.
My idea is that you could look on to the forum , go to that persons profile and leave a rating of 1-5 star . 1 being bad not recived goods etc, 5 being good communication ,quick delivery etc.
I think this would really help give buyers confidence to buy with the seller and take only a minute to action.
