What should I do next week?

I have loads of holiday left and so have decided to take next week off work just to use some of it up. Only problem is, I don't know what to do! Anyone got any suggestions? (Facetious ones just as welcome as serious ones. )

No budget in particular or definite requirements, would quite like some sun, possibly some sea and being able to do some cycling. I just need to sort something out so I don't just mope around at home.

Eurostar to Paris. Ride. Eurostar home. Back to work.

And to keep yourself busy on the train ...

Us purists do. Just like professional photographers still use exposure film.

I hate people who have more leave than they need. Mine's all used up by the end of August other than 3 days I have to take over Christmas. Then I have to wait until April for more leave which is already accounted for. How I miss the 30 days leave and 13 flexi days of my local authority years when I'd just take a day off because I could and maybe go for a ride

    Hate away Pross.
I still have 20 days (4 weeks) left of leave to take this financial year...then there are my flexi days (one a month)
I no longer have a family to spend time with so I take a day off here and there when the weather is nice, then I ride as it's all I can afford to do

And yes another Local Authority Public Servant

 I only get 25 days a year now and others in the private sector make big boasts about having such high levels of leave as that! I'd have been on 33 days plus 13 flexi days if I'd stayed put. You think you get paid more until you add on 19 extra unpaid days you work (I still more than make up the hours for a flexi day but don't get paid for it). The things you realise as you get older - serves me right for being a money grabbing b*****d
