Looking for a cheap folding bike. Don't want to pay silly money for a Dahon or Brompton or the like. It will purely be used to go 3-4 miles each way to work from my car. I already have my road bike which I prefer to pay my pennies on so don't want to splash out big bucks for a folder. Seen the Raleigh Parkway Lite which could be bought for sub £200.

So please can I have your recommendations.

Thanks

They'll all be crap at that price, so it's pretty much pick one you like the colour of.

+1. Buy a decent one and you might actually like riding it! Go on eBay, that's what I did for mine.......

Got a Raleigh badged Dahon from eBay for the missus, cost £180 and is fine. If you can't find one PM me and I'll dig out the details.

Edit - it was a Raleigh Boardwalk.

gumtree is cheaper than ebay... but there's a much higher risk of you buying a stolen bike
