Look what my commute's been reduced to!

I've been reduced to what's on the left because of looking after what's on the right.

Turns out running hurts!
CV fitness was fine, but hamstrings really didn't enjoy it.
I miss the carbon, the fettling, and just being on the bike already.
Still 4.5 miles mostly off-road; being able to use footpaths through the countryside really opens up your options for changing your route. Found a tick in my thigh this morning though :evil:
