does anybody know of an lbs that does this in the northwest (wigan) area everywhere ive phoned doesnt do it. and its really putting my new crank back

Dont take it to St Helens you will never get it back if they know you are from Wigan, they will end up throwing it in the canal.

you could also try EB cycles at Pemberton or Alans Bikes in wigan town centre. I live in Billinge and I normally use Thatto Cycles.0
