Devinci Wilson 2

I was recently in Morzine on my Orange Patriot and the braking bumps were horrendous, so I tried to think of a way to beat the bumps, and this is what I came up with!
It's a 2010 Devinci Wilson 2 and, even if I do say so myself, it's fcuking awesome!
The RRP on the bike is £3500 from Freeborn in Horsham, but they had a special offer on with £1K off the price taking it down to £2500, but I have somehow managed to convince my employer to let it go through the company CycleScheme (even though I live 40 miles from work and have no intention of pedalling it anywhere!) so I'm actually paying £1450 for the whole bike! That's £50 less than Freeborn charge for the frame alone!
Today is a very good day.

The conversation at work went something like this:
"I thought you drove to work?"
"Oh I do, but I'm 40 this year, I could do with working on my fitness"
"Oh right, well I guess cycling to work will help with that. It's a bit expensive though, my daughter's car cost less than that!"
"Ha ha, you're soooo right, but I'm really looking for something that can rack up the miles for years"
"Ok then, purchase approved"
"Ooh, I say!"

There'll be a few changes tomorrow though.
The High Rollers will be gone, replaced with some lovely Kendas.
(Hate High Rollers, I've never got on with them.)
The hideous no-brand grips will be tossed in the bin to make way for my favourite Sunline Waffle grips (in thick size), and the pedals will be getting swapped for a pair of Superstar Nano flats, so if anyone wants a cheap pair of magnesium Wellgo MG-1's, they'll be on eBay in about 10 minutes.0 -

Bloody hell that's one hell of a bike and one hell of a deal.
You must have trodden in doggie doo at the same time as having a pigeon crap on your head at the exact moment a black cat crossed your path.0 -
Don't worry, I'll probably get Irritable Bowel Syndrome soon enough.
