I live about 150 miles from the sea.
I did make the mistake of washing it a few times in those three years, so that could explain it?0 -
...I've also sweated over it profusely at times, somtimes even whilst riding it.0

Do you keep it in the shed? Spiders webs are notorious for causing defects in carbon frames leading to catastrofic failures whilst descending steep hillsNorfolk, who nicked all the hills?

Seriously, I'm wondering if the radio waves from my TV might have something to do with it?0 -
I'm have a similar thing on my carbon frame. Not sure whats caused it. Not really worried about it too much, but keeping an eye on it anyway.0

erm if you look, its happening where various mounts are attached to the frame. looks like movement has done it, the paint doesnt appear to be stuck very well, maybe to hard.0

...the reason: it was standing next to the TV when I inadvertently hit the remote and switched it over to Eastenders... my bike have never seen Eastenders!
I'm sure a few more bubbles appeared after this?
Will mention to Wiggle as well.0 -
Pressure washer?0

My guess is that it is the lacquer bubbling at stress points (poor adhesion) through flexing and it could be a sign that it wasn't applied correctly.0
