foot pain

hi all ,

can anyone give me some advice, i am suffering from servere foot pain when cycling mostly after climbing , it is down the outer sides of my feet. i have new shoes which are wide fitting botrager race so its not nipping . any advice welcome as pain killers are my only fix at the moment and they have to be taken in advance.

    Shoes too tight or cleats set up wrong.

    hi,

    my shoes are not fitted tight as i started wearing slacker to try to stop it ,also cleat are set spot on to the ball of my foot.

    How do you know that is correct though?

    i actually was looking for some constructive feed back not 1 liners read from press , i was hoping someone had had the same issue and could tell me how they solved it not someone trying to answer all questions on forum !

    So you don't actually want any advice? Why bother asking if you aren't going to even listen when someone tells you?

    I've told you the main cause of foot pain:

    1. SHOES TOO TIGHT

    2. CLEATS SET UP WRONG.

    I've had foot pain, and it was a mix of the above issues that caused.

    Very mature , you didnt actully say that in the first place , i thought kids werent allowed up this late . aggresive responses are not welcome by chester riders !

    Foot pain has been covered a million times on this forum, so you could use the search function too if you think I'm telling fibs.

    Dude Reddragons just given an answer that more than likely is the solution. If he's had the problem and suggests a solution the least you could do is accept it and not behave like an A-hole.

    i can see this is getting out of hand there is obviously a problem with abuse on this site i have and will not repond with abuse as i am a adult , reddragon thankyou for your links they will be of great help . eastwood not so helpful and i bit silly really. reddragon i think we just got our wires crossed
