Bike to Work scheme

I am in the process of joining this scheme.
Can anyone tell me how long it takes between your employers sending of the quotation and receivngback the vouchers

It took my company 4 weeks from completing the on line form to receiving my voucher plus another week to collect my bike.
My copmany used an outside agency to run the scheme as part of the employee benefits scheme.
