GPS Live Tracking

i will doing LEJOG this weekend and i was thinking of adding live tracking to my blog - does anyone know of any simple to use applications that are of course free.

    As it happens that is what i had already downloaded before posting, i was really kind of phishing for other apps that perhaps people have used who use the forums - thanks for the reply tho
