just a quick one to see if anyone knows if chris boardman is riding a prototype bike when he previews the stages on itv2's highlights show. Seems to be no logos on it and looks different from the boardman bikes i've seen for sale.

    It's a prototype aero road frame - the AiR/1

Boardman Elite website says it is under development and testing.

Other pictures of it on the buying advice section of the forum under 'new Boardman aero frame' heading or similar, complete with decals.

He had to black out the Boardman decals and logos because of ITV rules on presenter's adverting own products or some such, according to his posts on Twitter

You're welcome, and as a bonus - here's the pic:

Very nice looking in this pic but one on tv broadcasts seems to have shorter head tube (stem flipped to giver higher bar position) and more horizontal top tube

The AiR/TT/1 is his time trial specific frame, not this 'aero' road frame (though they do look very similar)

    aahhhhh...

they do look similar, It's hard to see the detail on my screen on the pic link. The elite site still has the tt frame on it. I can't find anything on the new frame?
