Depends what kind of riding and the terrain. I ran 2.1 over winter to help cut through the mud a bit. It was fine for light XC duties. It will work well in intermediate conditions but I think for the dry weather we have currently there are better options.

I ran 2.1s through the winter and they were great. I have since put a 2.35 LUST Ignitor on the front....then found the Highroller a bit draggy so put a 2.25 LUST Crossmark on the rear...sorted :)

They're older Maxxis so the sidewall size is just a massive fib. But still good tyres, if that's what you want.
