Is it possible to get a Quarq powermeter installed on an existing SRAM Red 110BCD compact crankset in the UK ?
Thanks in advance.

    NO.

You need a Quarq compatible crankset, SRAM have a few, and there's the Rotor, Lightning/Spesh and SISL cranksets too.

OK many thanks. Apart from Polar, is there an alternative that doesn't involve getting an entire new crankset ?

Only on cranksets with replaceable spiders. See my above post on what Quarqs you can get.
