Vantage points for watching the Tour de France in Paris?

Hello,

I'm across to Paris this weekend to see the end of the Tour and wonder if anyone has ever managed to blag a window seat in one the restaurants along the Champs in order to get a decent view,and how they went about securing that spot?

I have been on several occasions in the last decade and hace always just stood on the Champs but this year I would love to give my feet (and back) a rest,hah-hah!

Any tips are welcome.
