Hope Cleaner

I have just washed my bike with hope bike cleaner and it has left a white residue all over my black wheels and forks. i was just wondering if any one else has had this problem and how to stop it. Thanks

    where do you live? is it a Hard water area?

    it is a moderately hard water area. I have no pics of the residue because i washed it off.

    Hot soapy water, no need for fancy bike wash stuff. No residues no problems.
