ballyhoura cork ireland
hi folks
i took my cannondale rush to ballyhoura trails in cork and believe me this is worth a visit
i live in staffordshire and it only cost me £35 to take my bike on the aircraft from manchester if you go on youtube you can see videos of the ballyhoura trails
i think they have 3 trails to choose from i went on the one for unfit people which takes around 3 hours to complete and if you are fit then go on the higher one which takes around 6 hours to finish i think not sure i only went once and willing to go again
doe,s anyone know the cycle route 55 cheshire i ride this most of the time with my wife or my daughter my son can,t ride it yet he only has lil legs
