Do they offer this service? Most manufacturers do, but I can't find any info on it.

I reckon they do. The only company I've heard of not doing it is Catlike.

Can't see that they wont.
Have crash replacement warranty on their frames - replaced mine no quibble. Actually replaced it with a better frame at the reduced price. If they do that for frames, I would be amazed if they didn't do it for their helmets.There's no such thing as too old.0 -

They replaced a 2D helmet that was about 10-12 months old for £50 for Mrs S last September, and turned it round v quick - I sent of the helmet and cheque on Monday, had the replacement back on Wed.0
