Unsurprisingly after all this time afew things have been changed !
Breaks : Avid Elixir R 2011
Seat-post : Thompson lay back
Stem : Truvativ AKA 60mm ??
The Tyres have been swapped many times, Iv tried a-few different types but have gone back to nobby nics as they seem to grip the best and last long enough !, As for break pads , I have gone trough countless pairs. Iv only had to change to gear cables once
Since built in 2010 its done almost 60miles a week , every week and I still love it ! Me and my riding buddys head off to Wales whenever we can, As there is hardly anything locally so we just make a weekend of it ! I have also built up an old (maybe 2001?) Trek fuel 90 for a good friend of mine as his old specialized fall apart in Andorra .... and a Gt avalanche 3.0 for the girlfriend (Shes not quite and keen as I am :P ) I am hoping to upgrade the wheel set ( Mavic EN 521 with XT hubs) on my Crush soon for something just as strong, but lighter as these are on the heavier side ! , So any Ideas would but awesome ! I am off to wales this weekend as I have just had my forks serviced and I totally striped the rest of my bike down and gave it a good grease so i need an excuse to go and get muddy ! Any comments and advice more than welcome ! Happy trails.2010 Orange Crush Custom

Now I have a set of Shimano Deore brakes , In my opinion there are so much better than the Avids , Fantastic moderation and Awesome stopping power !2010 Orange Crush Custom
