I used to avoid forums etc and the sport's headlines on TV so I could watch the recorded programme of TDF later at night. Now Sky News have the results on the banner at the bottom of the screen which means I need to avoid the whole news channel.

Great for cyclist to get that extra bit of cover but most people I know dont want the results at tea time.

Same thing goes for BBC radio stations and the front page of the Guardian website as well. I had the result spoiled by them a couple of times last week.
