Cannondale F6 upgrade

Afternoon all, I have a Cannondale F6 disc, which I purchased a few years back from Evans. I am now interested in upgrading the forks and wheels (currently have dart 2 and pretty basic wheels). However before I spend the cash, is the frame worthy of these upgrades ? I have upto £500 to upgrade my steed which I do like very much and have been looking at fulcrum red metal 5's and rock shox tora/recon forks then use the rest to put towards upgrading other stuff. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Cannondale make some light and well made frames, so is worth keeping.

The Red Metal 5 may not be much better than what you have. Maybe look at a handbuilt set? As for fork, the Reba is the one to go for really.
